Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administering medication and treatments in line with care plans
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents overnight
- Supporting and supervising care staff, promoting best practices
- Updating care records and liaising with families and healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting (preferred)
- A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
