About The Role
We are seeking a strong, experienced Interim Home Manager to provide short-term operational leadership at Tulipa House during a period of planned management absence. This is a hands-on interim leadership role for an experienced care home manager who can step into a live service, stabilise day-to-day operations, lead the staff team, maintain safe care delivery, and provide visible management presence during a period of temporary management absence.
The successful candidate will need to be calm, credible, highly organised, and confident managing a home with pace, professionalism and clear accountability. This role is intended to provide short-term operational stability and leadership during the interim cover period.
