The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our Hospitality Team. The successful candidate will be assisting with the day-to-day provision of an efficient catering service, including during lunchtimes, while meeting the needs of the Academy.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. The position requires excellent people skills, teamwork, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude. It is a part-time role of 5 hours per week, with possible additional hours.

Language Requirement: The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students, in accurate spoken English is essential. Postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
