Job Description
Senior Designer
Location: Abu Dhabi or London
Salary: 28,000 AED per month

We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech start-up that has recently undergone a full rebrand. They’re now looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their team full-time and bring the refreshed brand to life across all touchpoints. We’re seeking someone with a sophisticated, clean, and modern design aesthetic and solid brand implementation experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing a wide range of digital and print assets, including websites, presentations, marketing materials, reports, event collateral, and infographics
- Creating impactful presentations and pitch decks for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Upholding and evolving the company’s visual identity across all platforms
- Developing and executing thoughtful, creative concepts
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time
- Presenting design ideas and concepts confidently to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced or start-up environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing a clean, elegant, and modern design style
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Monday.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A proactive self-starter who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions independently
- A passion for impactful design and a collaborative mindset
The Logistics
This is a full-time, onsite position—working five days per week—based in either the Abu Dhabi or London office.
