The Manufacturing Director will play a pivotal role in:

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, packaging components,
- and other supplies
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and optimize the supply chain to meet production demands
- Oversee the design and development of packaging solutions that align with brand identity
- and regulatory requirements
- Implement efficient packaging processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure packaging meets aesthetic and
- functional requirement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA
- preferred
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Operational experience in fragrance & beauty packaging development is a must
- Proven experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or related consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements in the fragrance and
- beauty industry
