We're hiring a SVP of Data Science & Machine Learning to lead the AI and data innovation strategy within a high-impact, enterprise-level AI Innovation Hub for one of the region’s biggest banks. This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll shape and deliver transformative AI solutions across multiple business units.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the Data Science vertical for a large-scale AI Innovation Hub
  • Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and ML experts
  • Develop and deploy AI use cases that solve real commercial problems
  • Design and implement scalable machine learning, NLP, and deep learning models
  • Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and business stakeholders to drive data-first decision making
  • Build data pipelines, predictive models, and advanced analytics frameworks to accelerate data maturity
  • Own the AI roadmap, aligning with business KPIs and long-term growth
  • Drive innovation and experimentation using emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of data science experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multidimensional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Deep technical understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs
  • Strong track record of guiding AI strategy and deploying models at scale
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with a strong AI focus
