Dubai, UAE - Full relocation package provided. A well-established super app is going global. The product is built. The strategic partnerships are in place. Now it needs a world-class founding CEO to lead the charge.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a founding CEO mandate at one of the most compelling platform businesses in the market today. An award-winning, AI-native super app - through which millions of users have access to different features - has been selected for international commercialisation. The vision is defined. The product exists. This hire is about one thing: building the organisation, closing the first international deals, and scaling a global business.
THE ROLE
The CEO will own the full commercial and organisational mandate. This is a hands-on leadership role - the focus is on building pipeline, driving deals, generating revenue, and building the team around you to scale it.
- Establish the company as a fully commercial entity - operating model, governance, culture, and P&L
- Build and lead a C-suite of executives across product, technology, commercial, finance, and client success
- Own the international revenue number end to end — from pipeline development through to signed contracts and account growth
- Lead commercial activity across both direct BD and partner or channel-led routes to market, including through a high-value global technology partnership
- Develop and execute market-entry commercial strategy across international markets.
- Own senior client relationships at the most senior institutional level
- Define and evolve commercial models, pricing structures, and partnership frameworks
WHAT THIS IS NOT
An operational or delivery leadership role. The platform is built and proven. This hire is about commercial leadership, revenue generation, and building a world-class organisation from the ground up. The right candidate's primary identity is as someone who sells, builds commercial relationships, drives revenue at scale - and builds the team around them to do the same.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A proven CEO or senior commercial leader - with a background as CRO, CCO, CBO, or SVP of Sales at a technology platform or digital services business operating across multiple international markets.
- A track record of personally driving revenue in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments - enterprise experience is a strong advantage
- Experience building and leading organisations in high-growth international markets
- Comfortable across both partner-led and direct commercial models
- Strong at senior stakeholder management at institutional level
- A builder's instinct - energised by building from near-inception, not managing mature structures
If of interest, please apply. This is a very specific position, so I will only reach out to candidates who are correct for the mandate.
