Job Description
Title: Sales & Education Manager – BEAUTY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Location: London area
Salary: 60K GBP
The Sales and Education Manager for the UK/EU region will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing educational strategies for our client in the beauty and fragrance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the UK/EU region
• Ensure that products are visually present and aligned to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and product
launches
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Manage relationships with key accounts and partners to expand business opportunities
• Interview and oversee the recruitment of Beauty Advisors/temporary staff.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales staff and beauty advisors
• Develop educational materials on product knowledge, brand history, and sales techniques
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance team performance
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations for team members
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to the development of annual budget forecasts and strategic plans
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 6 years of experience in sales and education roles within the fragrance or luxury goods
industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and implementing successful training programs
• Proven experience working with retailer partners eg. Sephora, Boots, Harrods, etc..
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English and other European language is a plus
• Extensive travel across markets required
• In-depth knowledge of the fragrance industry and market trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work across diverse markets
