We are hiring for a Director/VP of Data & AI for our client in the digital health tech space. This position is based in the UAE, offering an attractive Tax Free salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee data engineering, data science, and ML teams
- Implement scalable data pipelines for real-world healthcare data
- Drive data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices
- Collaborate with clinical and business leaders to inform product decisions

- Develop and execute data & AI strategy across the product portfolio
Requirements:
- 10 to 15+ years in data/analytics; 5 to 7+ years in leadership
- Hands-on expertise with modern data stack and ML platforms

- Familiarity with international HIPAA, GDPR, and health data standards
