Job Title: Mid-Weight Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 23,000 – 26,000 AED per month
Working Model: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
We are seeking a talented mid-weight creative team, an Art Director and Copywriter duo, to join a leading global advertising agency based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic pair to bring their creativity, craft, and collaboration skills to a diverse portfolio of international accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Develop original, strategically sound ideas across multiple channels (digital, social, TV, print, activations).
- Collaborate closely as an art and copy team to produce campaigns that are both conceptually strong and beautifully executed.
- Work with strategy, client services, and production teams to bring ideas to life from pitch to final delivery.
- Adapt and localise global concepts while ensuring creative consistency and quality.
- Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- An award-winning Art Director & Copywriter duo with a proven track record of working together.
- 4–6 years’ experience in creative roles within top-tier agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and standout conceptual work.
- Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
- Culturally curious, collaborative, and eager to push creative boundaries.
