Based in our Chadderton office, the Billing and Credit Controller will be a key member of the Finance department, working closely with the Billing and Credit Control Manager to ensure deadlines are met with the Credit Control and Billing. Experience of working in a Finance role with high attention to detail and error checking skills is essential.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Offering support to the Billing and Credit Control Manager as well as the Financial Controllers and other finance team members where required.
  • Making sure all customers pay invoices within agreed timescales, this will involve chasing customers both via telephone and email.
  • To ensure any queries are dealt with, face to face with other Sudlows staff, via telephone and email.
  • Ensuring invoicing is completed and sent to clients in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
  • General data input and extraction.
  • Supporting the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records.
  • Acting as mentor to university placement students.
