To support this momentum, we are looking for Sales Executives to join our industry‑leading sales representation company.
You will be responsible for delivering sales and business development activities that strengthen relationships with a range of agencies, TMCs, corporate accounts, and trade partners. A self‑motivated and proactive approach is essential, as you will target UK trade partners, support customer sales strategies, and embed yourself fully into their way of working to drive long‑term success. This role offers the chance to grow alongside a diverse and dynamic portfolio, building lasting commercial relationships and contributing to our continued success in the region.
Job Requirements- Ability to build positive, credible relationships with agency customers through face‑to‑face and remote engagement
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver high‑impact product training and influence clients and prospects
- Ability to support trade events, FAM trips, and route launches (including occasional out‑of‑hours and weekend work)
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to share ideas
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- GDS / fare construction knowledge advantageous
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Support for Account Management: Assist the Account Manager in executing sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners, ensuring the airline client’s objectives are consistently supported.
- Travel Trade Engagement: Communicate effectively with travel trade partners to provide timely information, resolve queries and deliver excellent service. Help identify customer needs and support tailored solutions that align with the client’s commercial goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Key Account Manager and wider sales team, sharing insights and supporting coordination of activities. Effective teamwork and communication are essential to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Influencing Through Service: Use professional and consultative communication to build credibility with partners, supporting initiatives that drive sales and strengthen relationships.
