Are you passionate about delivering exceptional out-of-school experiences for children and families? We are searching for a proactive, highly organised BID and Events Coordinator to lead Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programmes and other non-school services. An opportunity to shape meaningful, high-impact programmes that support children’s development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and submission of HAF funding bids.
  • Represent the business in meetings with councils and funding bodies.
  • Source venues and manage provider relationships.
  • Support marketing and customer engagement efforts.
  • Oversee programme delivery, registration, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate data and support reporting.
  • Assist with non-school programme outreach and growth.
