Overview

Discover is representing an established SAP consulting partner that is continuing to grow its UK Success Factors practice following a number of recent project wins.

As a result, they're looking to appoint an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to join their delivery team.

The role will see you working across a variety of S/4HANA and Success Factors transformation programmes for enterprise clients, with projects spanning industries including manufacturing, retail, life sciences and professional services.

Rather than supporting a single customer, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple project engagements, giving you exposure to a broad range of HR transformation initiatives.

The team is currently delivering a mixture of new Success Factors implementations, global template rollouts and optimisation projects, with a strong pipeline of work already secured for the next 18 months.

The role

As part of the Success Factors practice, you'll work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality SAP HCM cloud solutions from initial workshops through to go-live and post-implementation support.

You’ll play an active role in client-facing workshops, advising customers on best practice processes while helping shape scalable and sustainable Success Factors solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Discovery sessions and design workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into Success Factors solutions.
  • Configure one or more Success Factors modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Produce functional specifications and support technical teams where integrations or custom developments are required.
  • Work alongside integration consultants to support interfaces with SAP S/4HANA and third-party HR applications.
  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT and go‑live preparation.
  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience required

  • Must have a minimum of three years Success Factors experience delivering SAP Success Factors implementations or transformation projects.
  • Success Factors certification in one or more modules.
  • Strong functional knowledge of one or more Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning or Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience integrating Success Factors with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience running client workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and Success Factors best practice.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with business users and senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to SAP Integration Suite, CPI or middleware technologies.
  • What's on offer
  • Competitive base salary of £60,000–£85,000, depending on experience and Success Factors module expertise.
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • Company pension scheme with employer contributions.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Life assurance.
  • Flexible hybrid working with a mix of home working, office collaboration and client site visits.

Office location can be determined by the most local office to you.

London, Birmingham and Manchester office options are available.

  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Dedicated training budget, including support for SAP Success Factors certifications and continuous professional development.
