Engineering Project Manager to take ownership of exciting and technically challenging projects from initial planning through to successful completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a project, leading teams, working closely with clients, managing budgets and solving problems to make sure everything comes together.

You’ll have real responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible impact, working across a variety of projects while building strong, long-term client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Take ownership of projects from initial scope and planning through to delivery and completion.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring everyone has clear responsibilities and objectives.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and key milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact throughout the project.
  • Lead client meetings, provide progress updates and manage expectations.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes.
  • Monitor project costs, performance and profitability.
  • Work closely with engineering, commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and support future business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement and look for smarter, more efficient ways of delivering projects.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced

Engineering Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects, ideally within an engineering, electrical, automation, infrastructure or other technical environment .

You’ll be a confident leader and communicator who enjoys working with people and taking ownership.

You’ll have strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills and the ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to be hands-on, involved and make a difference .
