This is a 12 month maternity cover. We are seeking a talented Operations Administrator to support the Head of Operations across our UK and EMEA operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative and operations activities, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively. The position will also involve assisting with global business initiatives and reporting practices to support operational excellence across the organisation.

Here's how you'll do it:

  • Maintain accurate, consistent and up-to-date operational data across key business systems.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify data issues or inefficiencies and escalate findings to the Head of Operations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and systems, whilst ensuring all processes are documented.
  • Liaise with global operations teams to support process alignment, share data updates, and adopt best practices.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of ongoing projects, by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Help streamline administrative workflows by identifying repetitive tasks and suggesting improvements or automations to the Head of Operations.

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years professional or relevant experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

  • Strong business application skills, particularly in Google G Suite / Workspace.
  • Experience in using ERPs and business intelligence tools.
