IT Quality Specialist, Digital and Technology QMS | Contract | Remote UK
I'm supporting a global pharmaceutical client through a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and need two IT quality specialists to support the Digital and Technology function.
You will provide QA for D&T deliverables and bring the function's quality management system up to date with how GxP systems are now built and run.
What you will do:
• QA review of D&T deliverables, including validation documentation, specifications and test evidence
• Update and maintain D&T procedures, work instructions and templates
• Align procedures with GAMP 5, Annex 11, Part 11 and computer software assurance
• Support change control, deviations, CAPA and inspection readiness
What you will bring:
• IT quality or computerised systems QA experience in pharma, biotech or medical devices
• Writing and updating QMS procedures for computerised systems
• GAMP 5, EU GMP Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11
• Comfortable working with IT teams as well as Quality
Experience of the move from CSV to CSA, or of Veeva or TrackWise, is a strong plus.
Start: November or December 2026
Remote UK with occasional workshops. Contract, inside IR35. Initial six months with extension expected.
