Global Talent Lead – Talent Acquisition @ Discover International | Recruiting Recruiters in US & EU
Responsibilities
- Fully support both clients and candidates (360 role)
- Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate terms with new clients
- Qualify candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients\’ positions
- Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a 360 Staffing Agency
- A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
- Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
- Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Very resilient
This role is Hybrid within our Leeds office.
