We're looking for a senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a large financial services organisation.
Rate: Β£250/day
Contract: 6 months
Location: Cheshire (Knutsford area), hybrid (2β3 days on-site per week)
Start: ASAP
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years' hands-on Salesforce experience across complex enterprise implementations
- Strong banking/financial services domain knowledge, including regulatory and control awareness
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and a solid grasp of Agentforce
- A track record of leading (not just supporting) major workstreams on large Salesforce transformation programmes
- Comfort taking end-to-end ownership of complex business areas β discovery through to delivery
- The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and unblock engineering delivery
- Experience working across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration and Testing in Agile teams
- A senior, delivery-focused mindset β able to direct other BAs and lift programme pace and quality
