Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver project portfolio (range £20-£30 million).
- Define key project milestones and allocate sufficient resources.
- Coordinate technical departments to ensure all aspects of the project are under control.
- Schedule and supervise shipping, commissioning, and installation, including on-site management at customer premises.
- Maintain up-to-date project plans and documents.
- Drive continuous improvement activities.
- Manage project changes impacting scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules using project management tools, e.g., MS Project.
Required/Desirable skills:
- 10+ years of strong project management experience in Automation Equipment Manufacturing, Robotics, or High-tech Machinery building environment.
- Proven track record of independent, successful project delivery of high-value £20mil+ projects.
- Understanding of capital equipment engineering systems, an advantage if coming from industrial automation machinery.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with personal drive and motivation.
