We're supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion Financials transformation and are looking for an experienced Functional Process Lead to join the delivery team.
Location: London – Hybrid, 2 days/week on site
Start: ASAP
The role
- You'll lead functional design and configuration across Oracle Fusion Finance (AP, AR, GL, Tax), working closely with client process owners and business SMEs to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- This is a hands‑on consulting role spanning design, configuration, testing and deployment, with real influence over solution shape rather than a pure BAU support position.
What you'll be doing
- Leading functional workstreams across core Fusion Finance modules
- Running requirements and process analysis with client stakeholders
- Guiding junior consultants on delivery approach and project standards
- Supporting testing, cutover and go-live readiness
What we're looking for
- 10+ years' Oracle Financials functional experience, including Fusion
- Strong hands‑on configuration background across AP/AR/GL/Tax
- Proven delivery experience on large, complex transformation programmes
- Comfortable operating at a senior client‑facing level
- Available to work hybrid in London (2 days/week)
