We are currently seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support a 12-month project within a regulated manufacturing environment.

This role will focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management design, testing and delivery, with a strong requirement for candidates who have worked in GMP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support SAP EWM design workshops
  • Translate warehouse, quality and compliance requirements into functional designs
  • Support SAP EWM configuration, testing and documentation activities
  • Work closely with Warehouse, Quality, Manufacturing, Validation and IT teams
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution and process alignment
  • Ensure EWM processes align with GMP, GxP, validation and audit requirements
  • Produce and maintain functional specifications, test scripts and validation evidence
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes within manufacturing or distribution
  • Background in design, build, testing and deployment phases
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently within a project delivery environment
Desirable
  • Life Sciences, pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience
  • SAP S/4HANA project experience
  • Experience with validated SAP systems
  • Exposure to audit-ready documentation and validation frameworks
