Functions of the Role
- Fully support both clients and candidates (360 role)
- Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
- Identify New Business Opportunities and negotiate terms with new clients
- Qualify candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients' positions
- Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates
Skills We Look For
