Contract: 12 months, full-time
We are currently supporting a leading global life sciences organisation with the appointment of a Legal Administrator on a 12-month contract. The role will provide administrative support to a team of senior lawyers, working across the US and Europe, as well as supporting the wider Clinical R&D organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing domestic and international travel bookings
- Processing and supporting Concur expense claims
- Coordinating meetings and room bookings
- Supporting DocuSign-related requests
- Raising purchase order requests
- Handling and resolving invoice queries
- Organising couriers and other logistical requirements
- Managing general bookings, including restaurants and team socials
- Triaging incoming mail and emails to the Legal team
- Providing general administrative support to the Legal function
- Working with stakeholders across the UK, US and Germany
About You
We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience who can take ownership. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or professional services environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across different locations
- A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to work independently
- Experience working with systems, processes and governed environments
- Patience and resilience when working through detailed processes
- The ability to prioritise competing requests while maintaining accuracy
- A personable and confident approach to working with people at all levels
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Experience within legal, pharmaceutical, biotech or another highly regulated environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
