Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, while effectively managing, maintaining, and protecting existing accounts.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan that consistently exceeds assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with a broad range of customers and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver clinical in-service training programmes to appropriate customer groups.
  • Educate healthcare professionals in clinical settings on the correct use of prescribed products (“train-the-trainer”) to support effective patient fittings.

Your Profile:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally a minimum of three years’ proven sales experience within biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostic ultrasound, trauma/sports medicine, veterinary, physiotherapy, or a related industry.
  • Essential experience working with NHS secondary care and private hospitals.
  • Surgical/operating room experience desirable but not essential.
  • Strong business-to-business sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive learner with a strong desire to continuously develop new skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Ability to engage customers by aligning their business priorities with the company’s value proposition.
