Discover International is partnered with a UK-based CRO is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead the operational delivery of Phase I–IV clinical trials for pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors, managing cross-functional teams and study timelines from start-up through close-out. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end trial management for assigned studies, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards Line-manage CRAs/CRCs, overseeing site monitoring plans and performance Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, providing status updates and risk escalation Develop and manage study budgets, timelines, and vendor/CRO oversight plans Ensure inspection readiness and compliance with ICH-GCP, MHRA, and sponsor SOPs Lead site selection, feasibility assessments, and study start-up activities Chair internal and sponsor study team meetings Skills
