About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Real-World Evidence (RWE) to grow our business unit. This role combines strategic business development with the oversight of complex RWE projects, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical clients. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Project Leadership: Oversee the design, execution, and delivery of complex RWE projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in the application of RWE methodologies. Manage multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing RWE team, promoting a culture of excellence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project delivery with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven track record in business development, within the pharma or life sciences industry. Extensive experience leading RWE projects, including familiarity with data sources, study design, and analysis. Strong leadership and team management skills.
