- Direct and lead a team of safety leads, scientists, senior management and relevant governing bodies in safety evidence generation, risk management and more.
- Develop strong strategies for global medical safety in line with companies goals.
- Be the 'face' of the companies Global Medical Safety function, both internal an external.
- Lead interactions with health authorities.
- Lead efforts to advance the Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance discipline, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and ethical standards,
Requirements
- Degree as Medical Doctor or Ph D within Life Science
- 10-15+ years’ pharma experience within Patient Safety & Pharmacovigilance
- Extensive people leadership experience with a successful track record in setting
- strategic direction.
- Experience with supporting teams in regulatory interactions.
- Experience with global filings in US, EU, Japan and China
- Experience in neuroscience.
