Responsibilities
- Set the overall scientific strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines
- Lead discovery and early development activities, from target selection through to preclinical readiness
- Oversee core platform technologies, including antibody discovery, engineering, and optimisation
- Prioritise and progress a pipeline of programmes with clear technical and commercial rationale
- Build and mentor a small, high-calibre scientific team as the organisation scales
- Establish and manage external collaborations with CROs, academic groups, and partners
- Work closely with the executive team on business planning, partnering opportunities, and investor communications
- Provide scientific input into regulatory and CMC strategy
Experience
