A growing boutique consultancy, specialising in HTA strategy and Market Access, is looking to appoint talent at Senior Consultant through to Director level. They have built a strong reputation supporting pharma and biotech clients on complex HTA submissions, payer strategy, and reimbursement challenges. Operating with a lean structure, the team offers early ownership, strategic input, and direct client exposure.
The Opportunity
- NICE submissions and UK/EU HTA processes
- Global payer strategy and evidence planning
- Development of value propositions and access strategy

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support HTA strategy development for UK and global markets
- Contribute to NICE submissions, value dossiers, and reimbursement materials
- Develop payer evidence strategies and access roadmaps
- Advise on pricing, reimbursement, and market entry strategy
- Translate evidence into clear value communication
- Manage client relationships and project delivery
- Lead projects and mentor team members (senior level)
