An established regulatory training academy is hiring a Senior Regulatory Medical Writer to step into a Lead Instructor role, training and mentoring the next generation of regulatory writers. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced industry writer who wants to combine deep regulatory expertise with teaching, mentorship, and academic leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver live regulatory writing teaching sessions (evenings, UK time)
  • Assess assignments and provide submission-standard feedback
  • Support healthcare professionals transitioning into regulatory writing
  • Develop and refine industry-mirrored training materials
  • Work closely with the Founder to shape gold-standard regulatory training

Essential background:

  • 7+ years as a Regulatory Medical Writer in pharma/biotech/CRO
  • Direct authorship of CSRs, Protocols, IBs, CTD modules
  • Strong knowledge of ICH, EMA, MHRA, FDA
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing junior writers
  • Passion for teaching and developing others
