The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
Responsibilities: Proactively identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, while effectively managing, maintaining, and protecting existing accounts. Create and execute a strategic business plan that consistently exceeds assigned sales targets. Identify, engage, and build relationships with a broad range of customers and key stakeholders. Deliver clinical in-service training programmes to appropriate customer groups. Educate healthcare professionals in clinical settings on the correct use of prescribed products (“train-the-trainer”) to support effective patient fittings.
Your Profile: A degree or equivalent qualification. Ideally a minimum of three years’ proven sales experience within biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostic ultrasound, trauma/sports medicine, veterinary, physiotherapy, or a related industry. Essential experience working with NHS secondary care and private hospitals. Surgical/operating room experience desirable but not essential. Strong business-to-business sales experience preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive learner with a strong desire to continuously develop new skills, knowledge, and experience. Ability to engage customers by aligning their business priorities with the company’s value proposition.
