We are looking for a Customer Support & Service Coordinator to join an aftersales and service team within a successful manufacturing business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining customer service, administration, service coordination and aftersales support.
This administration led role would suit someone with a strong administrative background who takes ownership, uses initiative and naturally stays one step ahead.
The RoleYou will be a central point of contact for customers and the service team, ensuring enquiries, service visits and aftersales support are managed efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating service engineers' schedules and managing the service calendar.
- Handling customer enquiries and aftersales support requests.
- Managing warranty claims and related administration.
- Supporting customers with service and maintenance requirements.
- Escalating customer issues to the appropriate technical teams when required.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems.
- Supporting the promotion of service contracts and aftersales offerings.
- Delivering excellent customer service, particularly when dealing with challenging situations.

This could be in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automotive or a technical environment. Comfortable using business systems and managing multiple priorities. Strong customer-facing experience.
