The Role:
We\’re looking for a confident and reliable Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our vibrant venue. You\’ll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting the team, and making sure our standards in service, safety, and operations are consistently met.
This is a hands-on role, and you\’ll need to bring energy, organisation, and a positive approach to supporting the General Manager and wider leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support the General Manager with daily operations
- Motivate and support a high-performing team across all departments
- Take responsibility for cash handling, end-of-day procedures, and stock management
- Deliver excellent customer service and be a visible presence on shift
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Contribute to commercial performance through efficient operations and team engagement
Your Profile:
- Experience in a supervisory or junior management role in hospitality, leisure, or retail
- A team player who is reliable, organised, and leads by example
- Comfortable with stock, cash, and closing procedures
- Personal licence holder preferred (or willing to work towards it)
- Strong communication skills and able to stay calm under pressure
