As a Caseworker/Decision Maker, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding vulnerable people by making informed, evidence-based decisions that directly affect who can work in positions of trust. Managing your own caseload from start to finish, you will analyse complex and often sensitive information, apply legislation and policy, and produce clear, well-reasoned decisions that are fair, balanced and defensible.
