Commercial Gas Engineer Mobile role covering the London Area

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Gas Engineer to undertake the planned and reactive maintenance duties across a variety of commercial sites throughout London. Providing technical support and assistance as required by both the supervisor and wider members of the team to ensure all activities, both planned and reactive, are completed in line with the contractual SLAs.

Hours & Salary:

  1. 4 on 4 off Days (Apply online only)
  2. Salary: Up to GBP57,000 depending on experience. Other benefits include holiday allowance, generous pension contributions, staff and personal discounts, ongoing training and development.
  3. Van, Fuel Card and all tools provided.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Undertake planned maintenance activities and asset servicing to SFG20 standards, ensuring all checks and tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  2. Carry out mechanical remedial works.
  3. Attend and rectify mechanical faults.
  4. Carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company’s PPM and task schedules.
  5. Produce technical and situational reports as required.
  6. Proactively use the technology systems given to you to ensure the Company remains compliant with its contractual obligations.
  7. Attend team meetings/briefings as requested.
  8. Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation.

  1. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 – Minimum (Heating & Ventilation/Plumbing)
  2. Domestic Gas CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, DAH1
  3. Commercial Gas COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, BMP1
  4. GAS Safe
  5. Oil Qualifications OFT101, OFT105E, OFT600A
  6. Full UK Driving Licence
