Disciple helps creators, companies and non-profits leverage the power of community to build lasting businesses. Our platform enables people to create their own branded apps to host their content, resources and community. We’re at the heart of something VERY NEW. Our customers are building part media brands, part businesses, and part social institutions. We see all sorts of innovative structures cropping up: creators building million-dollar businesses, health thought-leaders building support networks, horse-racing syndicates creating online clubs, and banks launching accelerator programs. We’re building a go-to-market team that will be AI-native, figure out new acquisition models, and punch above its weight against larger competitors. We want intelligent, entrepreneurial and conscientious people to help us navigate these wild AI times.
The Brief
We’re looking for a Sales & GTM Associate who will become our industry lead in a couple of key niches, such as:
- Creators
- Alternative Health
- Venture Capital + Private Equity
- Professional Coaching and Training
- Non-Profits and Foundations
You will be expected to close inbound leads but will get a boatload of responsibility and ownership beyond that. You’ll build out a chunk of the business yourself — and if you want, even build a personal brand in your niche. This role is designed to give you a full end-to-end GTM skillset that can set you up to join a startup founding team, or even start your own company.
Responsibilities
- Take commercial ownership of your chosen niches: revenue targets, pipeline growth, and contribution to company P&L
- Define the sales pitch, playbooks, and content marketing requirements for your verticals
- Work across sales and marketing channels, including:
- Outbound sales (prospecting, cold outreach, events)
- Content marketing (articles, video, thought leadership in your niche)
This is for you if:
- You’re a recent undergrad or masters graduate looking to get involved in tech
- You’re 1-2 years into a sales, marketing, or growth career and want to broaden into cross-functional roles
- You want to start your own company in the future
- You thrive with ownership and autonomy (and upside)
- You want to work across sales, product, content, and AI rather than being siloed
- You’re excited to build a personal brand or hone your content skills
- You want meaningful work — not just selling another CRM or payments tool
Requirements
- Smart & curious: you can grapple with the complexity of the fast-changing community space
- High agency: you’ve shown repeatedly that you don’t need spoon-feeding
- Creative: strong in writing, video, or social media, and want to sharpen that edge
- Strong communicator: confident talking to a Non-Profit Director or a VC partner
- Fearless: happy to cold call, pitch, and figure it out as you go
- AI-native: you already experiment with AI tools to be more productive, and want to push that further
What you’ll achieve
- Hitting revenue and pipeline targets in your niche
- Developing repeatable acquisition and sales playbooks
- Creating visible thought-leadership content or a network in your industry
- Feeding customer insights back into product and marketing
The Practical Bits
- Reporting to: Head of Growth
- Job Type: We’re open to part-time or full-time roles
- Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel for team meet-ups. Most of us are in London.
- Compensation: Base salary + generous commission
- Growth path: Potential to grow into Head of GTM for your niche, or even spin out a vertical — we’re serious about this being founder-track
