We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and support in achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and prospect potential leads through multiple channels (email, chats, cold calling, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all communications and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach strategies
- Follow up on campaigns and leads generated through marketing initiatives

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
