Since launching in 2021, the UK business has expanded rapidly across the on-trade, building a diverse portfolio spanning Italian gin, Irish and American whiskey, and English whisky.
The Role: We’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join the team at Disaronno International UK. As we continue to grow our UK on-trade presence, this newly created role will focus on managing and developing key partnerships across prestige venues, halo single sites, and small group operators. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving distribution, visibility, and advocacy for our brands, while bringing NPD to life through exceptional activation and commercial execution.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts (typically 2–25 venues) building strong, multi-level relationships with both independent operators and small groups.
- Deliver volume, value, and distribution growth through joint business plans and best-in-class execution.
- Lead new product introductions and secure standout visibility in account.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding our reach across the on-trade.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to deliver results.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record in the UK on-trade, with a passion for quality Beers, Wines, Spirits or Soft drinks experience.
- Experience managing key accounts or small groups.
- You must thrive on seeking out and winning new business.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a creative approach to activation.
