Care Support Worker - Saffron Walden

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting customers with daily living activities and personal care where required
  • Encouraging independence and helping people achieve their personal goals
  • Supporting people to attend appointments, activities, and social events
  • Building positive relationships and making a meaningful difference every day
  • Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

Driving Licence Essential

Due to the location of the service and the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential. You'll be supporting customers in the local community and helping them access appointments, activities, and opportunities that promote independence.

This is a 24-hour service, and successful applicants will be required to work flexibly across a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
