Scope’s Dartford shop is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team of paid staff and volunteers at 26 High Street, Dartford. This permanent role, 35 hours per week, focuses on growing sales and delivering an inclusive shopping experience for customers and donors.
You will recruit, coach and manage people, oversee stock and online listings, and work with the Assistant Shop Manager to maximise shop performance while upholding Scope’s values.
