The eCommerce Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting Scope’s eCommerce team and online customers, providing timely and accurate administrative support.
In this role, you will manage a range of essential administrative tasks, including responding to and resolving customer enquiries received online, as well as queries arising from Scope’s finance and stock management systems.
Permanent, full time (35 hours a week)
This will be full time office based role working Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm (hub operating hours)
Location: Salford Hub based at Units 19–20, Westlink Business Park, Guide Street, Salford, M50 1BX

The role
In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the eCommerce hub, assisting with day‑to‑day operations
- Manage a range of tasks across inboxes, stock management, including accurate data entry
- Respond to and effectively resolve online customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with the wider eCommerce team to identify and address any issues

You will:
- Build good working relationships, communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels to support an inclusive and collaborative environment
- Use your strong attention to detail to ensure work is accurate, organised and completed to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries with empathy, patience and a solutions-focused approach
- Confidently use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Teams, and develop your skills in new systems and processes
- Manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks effectively within a busy and changing environment
- Take initiative by identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas to support the team
- Work both independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
