Grade MTO: £31,433.85 – £35,234.18 per annum (pay award pending)

An opportunity has arisen within Housing Maintenance for a Multitasked Plasterer to carry out a wide range of works to its housing stock.
The successful applicant will be required to have knowledge and relevant experience in undertaking a range of plastering repairs.
The successful applicant will have an NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent) and be familiar with traditional and modern plastering techniques.
Relevant knowledge of Health and Safety requirements relevant to this type of work and a full driving licence are essential for this post. You must also have knowledge of regulations pertinent to this type of work (i.e.COSHH regulations).
You will have a commitment to customer care along with excellent communication skills in order to liaise with our tenants and customers.
Experience in a range of associated maintenance repairs and skills is essential and can be found in the Job Description (Annex 1).
