Are you a recent creative graduate with a passion for digital content creation and posting through filming, editing, design, animation, and AI? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our in-house group marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative individual eager to develop and execute a broad range of innovative campaigns, support new business efforts, and produce engaging content for our internal communications, social media channels, and website.
Role Overview:
You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to crafting compelling visual narratives and impactful marketing strategies for internal and external campaigns. Your role will be equally split between capturing and editing video content (film and animation), content and graphic design, and social media management. You’ll be eager to explore AI-driven tools as well as have experience on platforms such as Adobe. Your work will span a diverse range of media and social media, allowing you to hone your skills and creativity.
You’ll have boundless energy and the confidence to interact with senior people from the off as you’ll be capturing interviews and soundbites for web, social media, and business development purposes.
You will report to the business development director and applicants will have the following responsibilities and skills and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit short videos and animations for marketing campaigns
- Design and post multimedia content for social media, website, and internal communications
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing content
- Provide support on print production for posters, reports, merchandise, etc.
- Occasional creation of Microsoft Office templates for reports, presentations, brochures, etc.
- Support new business initiatives with creative input and execution
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video, animation, and AI technologies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., film, design, multimedia)
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience with animation and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office
- Interest in AI and its applications in media and marketing
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail
