Your main accountabilities will include:

  • Collaborating and co-developing sessions for families, ensuring they are accessible, inclusive, welcoming, safe environments;
  • Overseeing and facilitating play and learn family sessions
  • Researching our exhibitions and programmes as points of connection and exchange to support activity and session development

The Person

The successful candidate will be open and collaborative, brave, accountable and resourceful as well as be hopeful and inspirational. You will also have experience and knowledge of:

  • An enthusiasm for the arts, and an interest in contemporary art
  • An ability to work in an engagement role with children and families
  • A commitment and awareness of the needs of participants who have a wide range of identities and experiences
  • An ability to assist and play activity with others in a spirit of co-learning and mutual support
