We are looking for an experienced Head of Production & Technical to lead our Production & Technical team at Battersea Arts Centre. This is a senior role within our Operations team, overseeing the technical delivery of a varied programme across BAC- from performances and artist development to community activity, commercial events, weddings and filming.
You’ll lead and develop our Production & Technical team, making sure we have the right people, resources and systems in place to deliver work safely and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with artists, visiting companies , clients, contractors and colleagues across BAC, helping to find practical solutions that support both creative ideas and the day-to-day running of the building.
