An Tobar and Mull Theatre is looking for an experienced fundraiser and entrepreneurial organisational leader to join our senior leadership team.
The CDO will personally lead trusts, foundations and institutional fundraising, while helping us strengthen organisational culture and capacity, develop our managers, create new income and partnerships and progress ambitious future capital plans.
You do not need to have spent your career in the arts. We welcome applicants from other sectors who bring a strong fundraising track record, excellent organisational leadership and a genuine interest in arts and culture.
Some hybrid working is available. Reasonable relocation support and temporary accommodation for up to six months may be available, subject to availability and agreement.
