We’re looking for an Industry Marketer to join our international marketing team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role at the intersection of customers, field teams and product, focused on translating real market insight into messaging and narratives that land in live sales and customer contexts.
You’ll work closely with Growth, Sales and Customer Success teams across EMEA and APAC, partnering with global Product Marketing and Advocacy to ensure our go-to-market approach reflects what’s truly happening in the field. You’ll operate in an AI‑native environment, owning human-in-the-loop validation to bring judgement, accuracy and market credibility to everything that ships.
What you'll be doing
- Embed with regional Growth, Sales and Customer Success teams to test, validate and refine messaging in live pipeline and customer conversations.
- Translate frontline insight into clear, reusable narratives, proof points and messaging frameworks that can be deployed at scale.
- Review and approve AI‑generated and partner‑produced marketing outputs, ensuring accuracy, inclusivity, regional relevance and readiness for customer use.
- Partner with field marketing, product marketing and advocacy to shape campaigns, events and customer stories rooted in real outcomes.
- Track adoption and impact of deployed content, feeding insights back into marketing and product teams to strengthen positioning and focus.
What you'll bring
- Experience in SaaS growth or product marketing, with a strong understanding of how marketing supports pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Excellent narrative judgement and storytelling skills, with confidence reviewing and improving work produced by AI, agencies or cross‑functional partners.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the credibility to work closely with Sales, Customer Success and customer‑facing teams.
- Knowledge of, or connection to, the charity or not‑for‑profit sector, through professional experience or personal involvement.
