About the role
At JustGiving, our growth marketing team helps charities build stronger relationships with their supporters and raise more for the causes they care about. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a maternity cover role (up to 12 months) which will play a key part in driving B2B growth through thoughtful, data‑led marketing programmes that support charities across their lifecycle. You’ll work cross‑functionally to design impactful experiences that balance creativity with measurable outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Lead data‑driven B2B marketing programmes that drive activation, retention and increased fundraising impact.
- Design and deliver multichannel nurture journeys across email, content, webinars, events and digital channels.
- Partner closely with product, CRM, customer success and wider marketing teams to deliver joined‑up campaigns.
- Own campaign timelines and performance tracking for key initiatives.
- Manage budget, report on results, and continuously optimise programmes based on insight and learning.
What you'll bring
