Qualifications
- Experience supporting young adults with autism or similar neurodiverse conditions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be patient and encouraging.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adjust to varying activity schedules.
- Valid UK work permission and a satisfactory DBS check are required.
